Ingredients

  • Whole wheat tortillas
  • Tomato sauce
  • Spinach
  • Bell peppers
  • Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)

  2. Lay your whole wheat tortilla on a flat working surface

  3. Spread a layer of tomato sauce

  4. Load up with spinach, bell peppers, mozzarella cheese, and any other toppings of your choice!

  5. Bake in the oven for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden and crispy
