Let’s Talk Gut Health
Understanding day to day gut health and nutrition can be confusing and no one wants that! It’s time to learn to listen to your gut and understand its needs! I’m here to help you learn about the basics of nutrition and gut health so that you can develop good habits that last a lifetime.
Our gut-care needs change as we grow.
The care you give your infant won’t look exactly like what your toddler needs. From growing children, to active youth, to moms, dads, and grandparents, we all have differing nutrient needs throughout our lifespans. I want to help you understand these changing needs, and become a GOOD GUT FAMILY™!
Did you know fiber is a nutrient most Americans fall short of, but I’m here to help you get it back into your diet with a variety of tips.
The good news is, eating for the gut is smart AND TASTY! I have plenty of delicious and nourishing approaches I’m excited to share with you to feed a healthy gut.
Because I Know the Gut
Are you ready to become a good gut family? If your answer is yes, then I am thrilled to support you. Nutrition information can be overwhelming and I’m here to make sure that you are following sound advice. This is so important when it comes to the health and wellbeing of your loved ones.
As an advanced practice registered dietitian nutritionist with over 15 years’ experience in the nutrition space, you can be assured that I’m offering you expert advice. With deep expertise in the areas of carbohydrates and gut health, I have been featured on various media channels, have been an invited speaker at conferences in the U.S. and globally, and have published many book chapters and scientific papers.
In addition to my professional experience and passion for nutrition, I am a mom of two girls. That means I understand the daily struggles that every family experiences in choosing foods that support a healthy gut and a healthy lifestyle. I’ve lived it!
