- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 3 Tbsp. chocolate protein powder
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 3 Tbsp. shelled hemp seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, blend together oats, cinnamon, peanut butter, chocolate powder, honey, frozen blueberries, and hemp seeds.
- Using your hands, mix the balls into a circular shape so that they stick together.
- Place into the muffin pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove oat bites from the pan and allow them to cool for 5 minutes prior to consuming. Enjoy!
