Blueberry Oat Bites Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp. chocolate protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3 Tbsp. shelled hemp seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, blend together oats, cinnamon, peanut butter, chocolate powder, honey, frozen blueberries, and hemp seeds.
  3. Using your hands, mix the balls into a circular shape so that they stick together.
  4. Place into the muffin pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove oat bites from the pan and allow them to cool for 5 minutes prior to consuming. Enjoy!
